medTester Function Commands

• Ping MedTester - tests the communication between WebTMA and the medTester unit.
• Send All Checklists - sends all the medTester checklists that you have created using the WebTMA Task Library window. If you have a small number of equipment records, you can select this command to store all your records in the medTester unit.
• Send Filtered Checklist - sends the checklists of your choosing to the medTester. If you have a large number of equipment records, you can store selected records in the medTester unit. You can filter records by device type, building, department, and technician.
• Save Autosequence - saves medTester autosequences in a file to the WebTMA computer. Autosequence files are named MTCASO.CAS and saved in the MT directory. This is a text file and can be edited. Full information about autosequences is found in your medTester manual.
• Restore Autosequence - restores a saved autosequence to the medTester. For example, an edited MTCASO.CAS that is restored to the medTester will overwrite the original file on the unit.
• Resend Last MedTester Files - sends files to medTester when file transfer was incomplete.
• Upload Results - transfers to WebTMA the test results that were stored in the medTester. Reminder: The medTester unit cannot accommodate more than one checklist on the PMs window. Additional lists for a piece of equipment are ignored, and an error message alerts you after checklist transfer.
