Repair Center Reservation Email

Path: Organization > Repair Center > Records / Reservation Email Tab

This Tab is visible when you use the Facility Resource Management or Fleet Management modules. When the Repair Center is specified on the Reservation record, the message defined on this Tab is sent to the Requestor's e-mail address the first time the Reservation record is saved.

To allow for full information about all items that are reserved, a Resource Info section is included at the bottom of the window. You can write complete explanations about the reserved items and use a number of key words to describe the reservation in detail.

The Resource Info is inserted when you add text to the Body section of the window. Just include the Resource Info keyword in the Body section. For each item being reserved, WebTMA inserts a separate line of Resource Info text as well as the details related to the keywords from the Resource Info section.
