If you have the optional Projects module, the Project Email Tab is available on the Repair Center window. Similar to the Repair Center / WO Email Tab, the Project Email Tab is used to:
These messages are used for notifications regarding Project creation, Project status changes, and Project Task status changes.
You can add as many addresses as desired to the E-mail field on the Project / Identity Tab. This assures that all members of the project team receive the notices about Project creation and status changes. The addresses shown in the E-mail field of the Project Task Entry popup window are used to send task status changes
The Suppress Email check box at the upper right of each Subtab gives you the option to prevent the template from being used to send e-mail responses defined by the given Subtab.

Project messages for the preferred Repair Center are sent automatically if the Project / Repair Center Tab Preferred column has a check box marked. If no Repair Center is checked, you are prompted to choose one. These actions occur from the Project window when you add data that alerts WebTMA that it is time to send a project e-mail. In cases where no repair center is marked preferred and you choose one for e-mail messages, the same Repair Center is used for all subsequent messages about the Project and any Tasks that do not have a Repair Center.
Project Task messages are sent to the Repair Center selected for the Task on the Task Entry popup window. If no Repair Center has been selected, messages are sent to the preferred Project Repair Center or you are prompted to choose one if none was selected previously. Be certain that the E-mail field is populated on the Task Entry popup window, otherwise status change messages for tasks cannot be sent.
