The More Info Subtab shows various types of dates related to the work order.
Create Date This date is shows the date and time the work order record was created and saved.
Created By The name of the person logged in to WebTMA when the record was saved displays in this field.
Last Modified Date Each time the record is edited, this field reflects the date and time of the changes.
Last Modified By The person logged in to WebTMA when the record was last changed is shown in this field.
Finish Date The date all tasks have been completed. If a work order also has an associated task sheet, you may opt to save the task sheet to the Results Tab when the finish date is entered and saved. See Finish Dates for a full discussion of the two types of Finish Date fields and how they are used by the system.
Created from mobileTMA WebTMA marks this check box during upload for any work orders created on the handheld deviceif your organization uses mobileTMA. You can search on this check box to identify work orders created from mobileTMA.
Created from MedTester WebTMA marks this check box when the work order is created by the medTester application-if your organization uses this third-party application. The check box is always in read only mode.
Out of Service If an item has been taken out of service to complete various tasks required to repair it, mark the Out of Service check box.
Last Post Date This is the date charges were posted using the Post Charges function. If you post charges for a partially finished work order, the date changes when you post charges again.
Exclude from Requestor When this box is checked, the work order will not be visible to the Requestor. The check box is used to prevent the work order from displaying on a drop-down list of work order numbers for those that use a Requestor Login.
Last Post Date This is the date charges were posted using the Post Charges function. If you post charges for a partially finished work order, the date changes when you post charges again.
Last Print Date The field shows the last time the work order was printed.
Lapse Time The field is read-only and reflects the number of days, hours, and minutes elapsed based on the date in the Request Date field. The Lapse Time field continues to accumulate time until you enter a date in the Completion Date field.
Lapse Time (Finish) The amount of time that has elapsed between the date in the Request Date field and when the Finish Date field on this Subtab is populated.
Tax Rate Use this field if the work order qualifies for an applicable tax. When the record is saved, the current percentage found in Lookups is stored with the work order. If the Lookups tax rate is changed later, the work order record is not updated.
Linked WO If this work order was created using the Create Linked WO link on the Action Menu, the number of the previous work order to which this one is linked displays in the Linked WO field.
Fiscal Year A selection in this field determines the fiscal year of the work order for accounting purposes. The Fiscal Year selections derive from settings made available in Client Info / Preferences.
