Trade and Multi-Trade Work Orders

Path: Transactions > Work Order > Records / Identity–Tasks Tab (Add Task)

A trade represents the occupation of personnel responsible for performing work. By default, trade assignments are not required to save a work order; however, many Task Types (established in Organization > Lookups) have a default trade.

You can have as many trades associated with a work order as you need. If you enter a date in the Completion Date field on the Identity Tab, an Apply to All window asks if you want to apply this to all trades and tasks.
