Depending on your setup, authorization may be required. For example, If a task assigned to the work order requires authorization, click the Authorization link on the Action Menu. You cannot schedule a work order that requires authorization until it is authorized. In addition, printing is prohibited for unauthorized work orders.
The WebTMA System Administrator assigns requirements to tasks from the Organization > Task > Records window using the Minimum Level and # of Signoffs fields.
A work order that requires authorization cannot be scheduled or printed until authorization requirements have been met. You can authorize a work order from the Work Order window or in batch format from Transactions > Work Order > Authorization. See Work Order Batch Authorization for more information.
