Path: Transactions > Work Order > Records / Schedule Tab–Required Resources/Parts Subtab
The Required Resources/Parts Subtab is divided into two grids. The upper grid, Project Resources, displays the required resources for the Project Task if this work order is created from a Project. The Project Resources grid on the work order only displays the Labor and Other categories of those resources; whereas, the Transactions > Project > Records / Tasks & Resources Tab shows all the resources for a project.
The first column is used to display an out-of-service alert. The icon displays when an item is currently out of service. The Code column displays the code or tag number of items in the grid.
When the work order is printed, the Project Resources display after the work order task information.
The lower grid, Required Parts, displays parts required for the work order whether it is a project work order or not. These line items come from:
In the Required Parts grid, an Alloc link displays in View mode and is used to allocate the part line item to the work order.
The box in the Alloc column displays a check mark when parts have been allocated. A check mark only indicates that at least one part of that type has been allocated but does not necessarily mean that the all required parts are allocated. When you go to the Allocated Part Subtab, lines with a check mark in the Alloc column display in the Allocated Parts grid.
In the Required Parts grid, WebTMA displays an icon at the left of the Part Code column if a line in the Required Parts grid is from a WebTMA Project.
