Use the Requestor field for the name of the person who made the request. A relationship is established between the work order record and the requester record. Even if you don't use the Request module, you can type a name for reference.
When you enter a Requestor name before entering a department or an account number on this window, the Account # and Department fields are automatically completed. This is true as long as the Requestor's record has a department listed and the associated Department record includes an account number.
