The following list shows the task column headings in View mode. They are taken from the Task Entry window.
Task – the selected general task.
Description – a description of the entire task.
Estimated Start – the anticipated start day of the task.
Estimated End – the anticipated end day of the task.
Duration – amount of time for the task based on estimated start and end dates.
Status – work progress (open, delayed, or closed).
Work Order # – the number of the work order created for the task.
WO Task Hrs – hours expended on this task, taken from the linked work order.
Labor – cost of task labor, taken from the linked work order.
Part – cost of parts for task, taken from the linked work order.
Other – cost of other items for task, taken from the linked work order.
Contractor – contractor costs for task, taken from the linked work order.
Total – total costs for task, taken from the linked work order.
Est Total – total of estimated task costs.
Actual Start – date work was started based on the project task record.
Actual End – date work completed based on the project task record.
Act Duration – actual time expended on the work based on the project task record.
Task Type – project task type take from the project task record.
WO Type – work order type for the task, taken from the linked work order.
Trade – assigned trade for the task.
Technician – technician assigned to the task.
The following headings display when you click the plus button for a task and view the task resources.
Type – the task type for the resource.
Code – the part code if the task type is material.
Description – a description of the resource such as part name or trade.
Quantity – the number of items such as parts or other resources.
Hours – the labor required to accomplish this resource.
Unit Cost – the cost per item or the hourly labor rate.
Start Date – the date the resource was used or labor expended.
