ACI Requirements

ACI is calculated for equipment, biomed equipment, asset, IT equipment, entity, vehicle, or tool items in WebTMA Enterprise.

In order to generate an ACI percentage, the current year's record for each item must have:

• replacement cost saved with the item record
• work orders of the appropriate Type issued against the item, i.e., the Type must have the Include in ACI Calculations check box marked in Organization > Lookups > Work Order Types
• costs charged for repairs to the work order in the current fiscal year
• completed work orders, i.e., a date displays in the Completion Date field that is within the current fiscal year
