A status added to the Status field on the record appears on the Tracking Window; however, status changes added to the Tracking Window are not reflected in the Status field of the record itself.The Tracking link on the Action Menu opens the Tracking Window popup. Use Tracking to review changes in the status of the related work order, project, purchase order, and similar windows.
The related windows have a Status field, and any time a status is added to the record, a line is added to the Tracking Window.
In View mode, you can add other status changes to the Tracking Window.
