If you want to open the work order in a separate window, click the New Window check box on the menu bar. The item or space-related window remains open while you complete and save the new work order.The Create WO link appears on the Action Menu for item and space-related windows such as areas, tools, buildings, and equipment. The link is enabled in View mode.
To use the Create WO link:
WebTMA opens the Work Order window in Add mode with information from the item or space record ready for you to complete other fields on the window and save the new work order.
