How to Add ACI Replacement Cost and Target Percent

ACI is calculated for equipment, biomed equipment, asset, IT equipment, entity, vehicle, or tool items in WebTMA Enterprise.

To record replacement cost and ACI target percentage:

1. Locate the item record.
2. Click Edit on the WebTMA toolbar.
3. Click the ACI link on the Action Menu.
4. Type the Replacement Cost and ACI Target YTD %.
5. Click the Save button on the popup window.
6. Click Save on the WebTMA toolbar.

Be sure to click Save on the toolbar. Unless the entire record is saved, the ACI entries are not saved to the database.
