The Status field displays the current state of a work order. When the work order is created, WebTMA automatically displays the word 'Created' until other action is taken. Your WebTMA System Administrator creates a pre-defined set of status categories for a work order.
In Edit mode, use the down arrow or ellipsis button beside the Status field to select other entries as needed.
Click the Action Menu Tracking link for a history of all work order status actions, dates, and users. Use the Add Status Entry link on the Tracking Window to add other status actions including comments.
The only status changes reflected in the Identity Tab Status field are those entered directly in this field.
