The work order Identity Tab displays the current working status of the record.
Closed – When the Completion Date field on the work order Identity Tab is populated, the record displays the word 'Closed' at the lower right of the window. See Work Order Completion for information about the Completion Date fields.
Finished – When all jobs are completed and you have populated the Finish Date field on the Add Task window, the record displays the word 'Finished' at the lower right of the window. See Finish Dates for a full discussion about this work order status.
Not Scheduled – When a new work order is saved, the Work Order / Identity Tab displays the words 'Not Scheduled' at the lower right of the window.
Partially Scheduled – When some, but not all, tasks in a multi-task work order are assigned to technicians, the Work Order / Identity Tab displays the words 'Partially Scheduled' at the lower right of the window.
Scheduled Work Orders – When a job is assigned to technicians from the Work Order / Schedule Tab, the Identity Tab displays the word 'Scheduled' at the lower right of the window.
