User Management Access Tabs

Path: Admin > User Management > Records

A user cannot see any windows or data in WebTMA until you assign access from both the Window Access Tab and the Data Access Tab.

• If no organization levels or repair centers are assigned to an individual, then that person cannot see information about any location.
• A user's rights are restricted to the named hierarchy levels and repair centers.
• A logged-in user cannot grant privileges or preferences to another user other than those the logged-in user has.
• If the person is a member of a Group, then access assigned to the Group applies to the user.
