Requestors On-the-Fly

Path: Transactions > Work Order > Ticket Work Order

If the caller does not have a requestor record in WebTMA, you can add a new record. This creates a new record in Admin > User Management > Requestors.

Your WebTMA System Administrator can grant the user more privileges if needed.

The purpose of this window is to record a requestor with sufficient identification for Help Desk follow-up.
