How to Add Requestors On-the-Fly

Path: Transactions > Work Order > Ticket Work Order

To add a requestor from the Ticket Work Order window in Add or Edit mode:

  1. Click the button adjacent to the ellipsis button at the end of the Requestor field to open the Add Requestor popup window.
  2. Enter the required First Name and Last Name.
  3. Complete known elective fields.
  4. Check at least one Repair Center.
  5. Click the Save button at the bottom of the window.

WebTMA closes the Add Requestor window and adds the information to fields and the Contact Subtab on the new or edited record ready for you to complete the ticket.

BtnNoteTextThe E-mail field has a button similar to the Requestor field; however, it does not accommodate a new addition. It merely opens a window for you to select an address that exists in the database.
