Customer Survey Enabled (check box)

Path: Organization > Repair Center > Records / Customer Survey Tab

Check the Enabled box to have WebTMA send or print a customer survey at intervals you specify in the Trigger Qty field. The person who requested the work is asked to complete the form. If you have entered questions on the Text Subtab, the standard evaluation form prints out the first time you print the work order. If you use the Work Order Question or Project Subtabs to select your questions, WebTMA sends an e-mail link to the questionnaire when the work order completion date is entered.

The evaluation provides feedback to management about the performance of the technician and the quality of the work performed. Information from the work order such as the work order #, requester, department, location ID, and action requested are included on the form.
