How to Create Custom Text Using Key Words
Path: Admin > Text Management
To revise Approval Routing e-mail messages from Admin > Text Management:
- Type or select the Form name.
- Click the Find button on the window, and WebTMA returns a list of all controls in the form.
- Click to mark the check box of the line you want to change.
- Type the new text in the Updated Text field. Reminder: Be sure to retain key words and use the appropriate key word format {replace}keyword{/replace} when you type your custom text.
- Click the Update button to replace the default text with your new text. Your new text is shown in the Custom Text column.
- Click Save on the WebTMA toolbar.

Your custom message may extend beyond the visible area of the Updated Text field. Use the Home and End keys as well as the left and right arrow keys on the keyboard to navigate through your new text.
