Custom Text Key Word Definitions

Using Admin > Text Management, WebTMA includes a number of different e-mail responses for Approval Routing. These responses include the key words to inform recipients of the request, order number, actions, and other request-specific information.

For your convenience, here is a list of the key words used in e-mail. If you have a concern about the meaning of a key word, you can also study the default text of the message.

When you rewrite an e-mail response, always use the key words in your message to give users meaningful information. The following list defines the key words you can use within the {replace}keyword{/replace} symbols.
