Do not run any of the macros while the Chart is selected on the worksheet - this generates a paste error.Make sure your Excel macros are enabled after opening the spreadsheet file.
You can build different scenarios by simply opening the Excel spreadsheet from WebTMA Capital Planning to fill it with current data, then use the File > Save As option in Excel to make a copy of the file and modify it to meet unique conditions.
