Required Fields on the Ticket Work Order / Identity Tab include:
Request Date – the current date and time. These fields are automatically populated when you click Add on the WebTMA toolbar to create a new ticket.
Priority – the work priority for this ticket.
Request – the problem that needs to be solved. WebTMA adds the default task recorded on the Repair Center record.
Repair Center – the applicable RC for this ticket.
WO Type – the work order type assigned to the ticket. By default, this is the WO Type for the selected repair center.
