How to Create a Ticket Work Order

Path: Transactions > Work Order > Ticket Work Order

To create a new record from the Ticket Work Order window:

  1. Click Add on the WebTMA toolbar.
  2. Complete or accept the defaults for required fields.
  3. Populate as many elective fields as needed.
  4. Solve the caller's issue with the record open.
  5. (Optional) Click the Add Resolution link at the top of the grid.
  6. Enter your Comments about how problem was solved.
  7. (Optional) Add a Completion Date and Time.
  8. Click Save on the WebTMA toolbar.
