How to Change WO Browse Columns

Path: Transactions > Work Order > WO Browse

In addition to choosing the criteria, you can also add or delete columns that display on the WO Browse window itself. Note that WebTMA alerts you when you add a column to let you know that "The column will increase load times for the WO Browse window."

  1. Select the desired criteria defined in Work Order Browse Selection Options.
  2. Click the Configuration button to open the WO Browse Config window. Note the system default columns are checked. Columns available for selection are not checked.

  3. Scroll to the bottom of the list to see optional columns.
  4. Click to mark or clear columns of your choice. These columns also appear on the MyPage WO Browse. If you check a column that will increase load times, the following alert pops up: "The column will increase load times for the WO Browse window."
  5. Click the Save button on the WO Browse Config window.
  6. Click the List Work Orders button on the Work Order Query popup.

All the columns checked on the WO Browse Config window display on the WO Browse window.

BtnNoteTextColumn selection, order, and resizing do not save automatically when you exit the WO Browse window; however, you can click the Save button at the lower left to save your layout.
