How to Add Map Indicators

The Map Indicators window is used to set up the criteria that determine the colors displayed on the Map View. The criteria for each line consists of both the priorities assigned to the line as well as the designated Count, i.e., the minimum number of work orders assigned that priority that triggers use of the color.

Follow these steps to set display colors for the Map View window.

1. Click Edit on the WebTMA toolbar.
2. Select the Default Color in the field at the top of the page.
3. Click the Add Item link to open the Indicator Criteria Entry popup.
4. Select the Order (importance) of the color line.
5. Type the Count, i.e., the minimum number of open work orders that trigger use of the color.
6. Select the Color.
7. Click the Priority check box or boxes to associate with the line.
8. Click the Save button on the popup.
9. Click Save on the WebTMA toolbar.
