Repair Center Location Information

The Manager, Phone, Fax, and Address fields are elective. They store contact information about the repair center location and personnel.

The Subtab includes a Logo field including a Logo Browse field in Edit mode. Use of this optional field is similar to adding a Company Logo on the Client Info window. The maximum height of the logo is 42 pixels. The maximum width is 200 pixels.

In Edit mode, click the Browse button to select the .jpg or .gif file. These are the only acceptable file formats. Once the record is saved, your selected file displays on the window. Addition of a Logo to a Repair Center has no influence on the Company Logo at the top right of the main application.

If added to this window, the Logo prints on reports as described below:

• Reports that print a single record by a specific primary key (pk) such as Sales Order report, Work Order report, and Purchase Order report.
• The table on which the report is based must have an xx_rc_fk column. This includes the Transaction record reports (Sales Order, Purchase Order, Work Order, etc.) but excludes the maintenance-worthy item record reports (Equipment, Asset, Vehicle that link to Repair Centers via a RepairCenterLink Table).
