Work Groups are a WebTMA Enterprise feature. The Work Group Type is assigned to personnel records and to time types. If you mark the check box Filter Time Types by Work Group in Client Info > Preferences, you can use the Work Group type to filter a technician's available time types to those assigned to his Work Group.
Examples: full time employees, part time employees
