Lookup Systems

Path: Organization > Lookups > Systems

Use Systems as a way to group related items based on common functional dependencies. Usually these groups are located within one structure, such as a building; however, some Systems may span an entire Facility. Required fields are Code and Description. Repair Centers are also required. Select at least one Applicable Item in order to see the System name in selection boxes.

System and Subsystem are elective fields on Equipment, Biomed, and Project windows. When they are used, accumulated costs (labor and material) related to the System are displayed on the Lookups > Systems / Costs Tab. The costs are displayed for both year-to-date and life-to-date.
