Path: Organization > Lookups > Remote Printer
If your organization has multiple printers available to print work orders, use the Remote Printer window to add the path to these printers. Once established in Lookups, the printers are available for selection from the Default Printer field for Shop, Repair Center, and Client Info / Preferences. WebTMA looks first to the Shop record, then the Repair Center, and finally to the default printer in Client Info and uses the first printer found.
The Remote Printer Lookup window is also used when you need to delete a printer that is no longer available.
