Lookup Positions

This feature is for WebTMA Enterprise only.

Use Positions to set up and define job categories including a required job Code number.

These positions are used with the optional Move Manager functionality that is part of the CAFM module in WebTMA Enterprise. A Position field is found on the Requestor window (Admin > User Management > Requestor / Identity Tab). Additional fields accommodate Description, Job Description, and Job Duties.

Examples: clerk I, clerk II, supervisor, manager, senior account executive

Clients that use Position-Based Charge Rates can add lines to the grid in the lower section of the window. In Edit mode, click the Add Rate link at the top of the grid to add position-based rate lines.

The Rate, Cost, and Use columns in the Position-Based grid are defined as follows:

Each of the rate lines on a Position record must be unique. The same Time Type and Shift combination is eligible only once per record. For example, if you select a Time Type of RT (regular time) and a Shift of 1st, the combination is not eligible for a second line on this position record.
