The IT Questionnaire is used when equipment, assets, biomed, vehicle, entity, or IT equipment or have computerized controls. Accreditation or other organizations may require that you track information about these IT controls.
Questions created on the page are selected and added to the IT Tab of the item record. The types of questions are the similar to some of those created in Customer Survey types; however, the Range question only requires a Low and High number to describe the extent of the Range.
When you create an IT Questionnaire in Lookups, select the type of question, and mark the check box for any or all types of items to which the question applies. Unless you check at least one box, the question is not available for selection from any window.
