Lookup FAQ

FAQ types are used to add troubleshooting text for requestors before they submit a request from Request Log B. Once a user has entered a request on the Request Lob B window, he or she clicks the FAQ button for tips on how to resolve the issue without a service call.

Use FAQ on the Lookups window to create suggestions found on the FAQ Info popup. Entries may be similar for several types of Task/Item FAQs.

Rather than typing all new text, you can select the FAQ text and use or edit it on the Task/Item FAQ window to describe possible solutions that do not require a technician.
