How to Use Maps Column Setup

Path: Admin > GIS > Maps / Column Setup Tab

In Add or Edit mode, set up the columns you want to see on the File Map / Open Work Orders popup window. The previous topic outlines details about this window, such as column order exception.

1. Click to mark the check boxes of the desired fields.
2. Type the width in the field between the directional buttons. The number is in pixels.
3. Click the >> right arrow button.
4. Use the up/down arrows to rearrange the column Order.
5. (Optional) Change the Width of individual lines, i.e., select and type over the existing text.
6. Click Save on the WebTMA toolbar.

Reminder: These settings apply to the map you have open. If you use more than one map, use the Column Setup Tab for each map if you want to have custom columns for those maps as well.
