How to Create Biomed Equipment Project
Path: Organization > Lookups > Biomed Make/Model / Biomed Equipment Tab
To create a Project for the Biomed Equipment items:
- (Optional) Click the Add Criteria link to filter the list.
- Click the check boxes for all desired items on the Biomed Equipment Tab.
- Click the Create Project button to open the Create Project popup. Note the Apply Template button at the upper right. If you have created a project template for standard information such as Repair Center, Site, Account, and similar information, click Apply Template to populate those fields on the Create Project window.
- Complete the required fields.
- (Optional) Click the Dates & Description Subtab and complete these fields if you want the Start and Due Dates populated with these dates on the ultimate work order record.
- Click the Work Order Subtab.
- Complete the fields on this Subtab.
- Click the Save button on the window.
Once the Project information is saved, WebTMA creates the Project, the Project Tasks, and the Work Orders associated with each Project Task.
If you have a large number of equipment lines selected, the conversion process can take some time. A "Loading" messages notifies you that the process is still running.
