How to Add Batch Monitored Conditions

Path: Organization > Batch Monitored Condition Setup

This window opens in Add mode and is used to add conditions to several records at one time.

Add Items

1. Click the Add Item link in the upper grid.
2. Select the item type in the first field.
3. (Optional) Filter selections by tag or type.
4. Check the items desired.
5. Click the Add Selected button and close the window.

Add Conditions

1. Click the Add Monitored Condition link in the lower grid.
2. (Optional) Filter types if needed.
3. Check the conditions desired.
4. Click the Add Selected button and close the window.
5. Click Save on the WebTMA toolbar.

WebTMA returns a "Record Saved" message. Click OK on the message to return to a refreshed window to add more items and conditions.

The saved conditions display on the Monitored Condition Tab for each item record.
