The WebTMA Toolbar is used to perform various tasks to create, locate, or save records in the database.
Although the window includes a Delete button, it is never advisable to delete records. WebTMA provides mechanisms that help prevent deletion, such as limitations in user privileges. However, even those users who have deletion privileges should not use them without first getting an opinion from TMA Customer Service.
Most windows have an Active check box that helps you maintain the integrity of the database yet remove the record from list boxes. That does not mean the record has been deleted. Make it a practice in your organization — do not attempt to delete records of any kind including work orders.
