You can create a work order related to a vehicle by clicking the Create WO link on the Action Menu.All your vehicles can be recorded and tracked using the Vehicles window. WebTMA software uses your unique vehicle tag number as the basis of the record.
Many windows included in this function are common to other WebTMA functions. These include Xref, Cost, Contractors, Depreciation, Work Orders, PMs, and UDF Tabs. An explanation of these shared Tabs is found in the separate Help > Help Page > Common Functions document.
If your business has purchased the optional Fleet Management module, a Rental Rates Tab is included on the window.
